Having successfully transitioned into the world of business himself, he published his first book, ‘From Boot Room to Boardroom, where career transition is the main focus.
Combining his passion for sport and business, during his own transition out of sport, he went on to graduate gaining a First-Class (Hons) degree in Business Leadership and Management. His final dissertation topic focused on how sports clubs and organisations can better help prepare their athletes for life after sport. More recently, Leon graduated with an MBA, earning a Distinction grade where his thesis was again around transition and the employability traits of elite athletes.

Mitch has experience of working across a broad spectrum of clients ranging from large multi-national PLC’s to small-medium enterprises placing candidates in roles from CEO to Junior Developers, managing multi-faceted projects to single recruitment solutions.
In addition to his work life, Mitch has managed to stay connected to sport, a personal passion which started as a teenager where he represented the Leicester Tigers Academy and then went on to fulfil his dream by playing for Leicester Tigers 1st XV.
