Geordan Murphy

An emotionally intelligent and experienced leader Geordan was a vital component of Leicester Tigers’ dominance of English and European Rugby. Geordan’s 23 year association with Leicester both as Captain and Director of Rugby lead him to becoming the most decorated player in Premiership rugby history ; Winning 8 Premierships, 2 European and 3 Domestic cup competitions alongside a 6 nations grand slam , Won during his 72 caps with Ireland.

Geordan understands how to work within and also create a high performance environment that has credibility and longevity. A British Lion in 2005, provided insight in the challenge of forming high performing teams from differing backgrounds and values within a finite period of time; coupled with Geordan’s experience of managing the unique challenges of the 2020 pandemic, sees him well placed in advising others in how to create resilient and psychologically safe working environments.
